Cylinders resealed or rebuilt, bores repaired on site, worn parts machined back to size. Heavy equipment back to work across the Lower Mainland, with less downtime.

Excavators, linkages, loader booms, pin replacements, tractors and hydraulic cylinders. Unscheduled downtime is a luxury few can afford, so the work is built to last and turned around fast.

From a basic reseal to a complete rebuild, or a modification to suit the machine. Every cylinder gets a nearly 40-point inspection so we fix the cause, not just the leak.

Our line boring rig rides on a Wells Cargo trailer and comes to your machine. Bores up to 12" diameter, bore welded and machined back on site.

A full conventional machine shop plus CNC lathe capability in Langley. New parts, changes to existing parts, and worn surfaces rebuilt and machined back to original size.
Can't find the cylinder you need? We manufacture or modify nearly all kinds of hydraulic cylinders to suit, including our own thumb cylinders.
Our nearly 40-point inspection pins down the root cause of a cylinder failure. You get the repair, plus what to change so your cylinders last longer next time.

Worn pin bores don't need a lowbed trip. We bring the rig, weld up the bore, machine it true and press in new bushings or sleeves on site. Damaged pins, bushings and linkages are repaired or made new in the Langley shop.
Built in house with precise tolerances, more robust tube walls and only quality materials, so your machine keeps working.

Two bore sizes in stock builds. Need something else? Ask about a custom cylinder.
